Rawalakot is a capital metropolis of Poonch district (Azad Kashmir) Pakistan. It is positioned in the Pir Panjal Range. It is also known as Pearl Valley because of the plenty of almond blossoms in the summer season. It gives the illusion of dispersed pearls when observed from a mountain.
Location: Rawalakot is around 76 kilometres from Kahuta and approximately 120 km from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. It is connected with Rawalpindi and Islamabad via Goyain Nala and Tain roads.
